I was born and raised in Southwestern Ontario but have relocated to Cochrane Alberta with my husband and 3 boys.  

I love camping, hiking, biking and spending as much time as possible in the mountains and outdoors 

I have always had a passion for helping people since I was a young child. I went to the University of Guelph and graduated from my Human Kinetics program with honours, after that I obtained my massage therapy diploma from a prestigious private college in London ON. After a decade long career I decided that it was time for a change and left massage therapy for Osteopathy. I can honestly say that it was one of my best decisions I've ever made. I am so grateful to have found my true passion that allows me to help people of all ages including families to live their best lives structurally and functionally.
